Program Requirements

This is an intense 15-month tuition-sponsored program. A person of influence in their local community nominates a promising leader of the youth in the community to this program. Candidates must:

lead a youth program or ministry
be willing to share leadership
have a strong desire to learn and possess a teachable spirit
in a position to implement change
minimum of three years in ministry
fully participate in our program as well as continuing with their current job
be active in church

Similar to admission into graduate school programs, candidates must interview and be accepted in order to attend.
