Upon completion of the training the five cities host graduation ceremonies to recognize and honor local participants who finish the 15-month development program. When graduates achieve alumni status, they’ve been entrusted with very personal and relevant tools to elevate their work with youth to greater levels.

Normally held in the spring, graduation events are planned and presented as a team effort where family, friends, supervisors and mentors of the graduates are invited to share in the experience.
