The DVULI training raises the standard for ministry leaders. I am truly grateful for the extended learning and exposure DVULI has provided for me and the youth ministers we serve through the Urban Youth Initiative in Memphis. I am still "breaking through" to promote a culture of interdependence within the Christian community in our city...thanks to the DeVos experience!
