Job Title:    Senior Development Director

Position Overview:  The full-time Sr. Development Director will report to the President and provide strategic leadership for all fundraising and public relations activities for Neighborhood Ministries.  As a key member of the management team, this person will participate in the overall long-range direction and management of the organization.  The Development Director will develop, plan, execute, and monitor the development efforts of the organization with the assistance of the executive team and the Board of Directors.  This development program will include foundations, estate and financial planning, corporations, major donors, sustained giving programs, special events, donor list development, estate and planned giving, and churches.

Job Title: Senior Business & Administration Director

Position Overview:  The Sr. Business & Administration Director is responsible the core administrative and business development functions of Neighborhood Ministries.  Administrative support includes development of systems needed to strengthen operations in financial management, organizational management, and volunteer management.   The position designs and develops systems where needed and ensures financial controls are in place and organizational policies and procedures ensure effective program delivery.  Responsible for the facilitation and development of the strategic plan (Road Map).  Responsible to oversee Neighborhood Ministries Enterprises and construction projects associated with the development of Neighborhood Ministries.     Administrative leadership will be expressed in the context of a team.  The Business & Administration Director will be an active member of the leadership team, report to the President, and participate in the overall long-range direction and management of the organization.  Management qualities and pastoral qualities are equally important.  The expectation is that the applicant understands and lives a faith walk with Jesus Christ.
